sauna + cold plunge at ISNO Projects Thursday November 21st, 5-8pm
Brandon, a woodworker and owner of ISNO Projects, has been an early supporter and friend of Kindled since we first started offering sauna sessions. He has very generously offered his studio space as a place to gather together and sauna!
Come out to enjoy a 60 min wood-fired sauna + cold plunge session on the outdoor patio and follow that up with some snacks, nonalcoholic beverages, and viewing of Brandon’s works.
This event, located at 1516 Gilson St in Madison, is open to everyone. An indoor bathroom (with a shower!) is available to use. Please wear whatever it is you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in. Bring a towel and a water bottle. Slip on shoes to wear in/out can also come in handy.
